i would say this should be okay since it's a hot sandwich versus something like a cold cut. is this a craving? because i've been craving jersey mike's veggie sandwich lately! i caved and just got it a few days ago.

I drove past and I was like "oh crap that sounds sooooo good". and I almost cried passing a jersey mikes because I love their club sandwiches so bad 😭😭. that's the first thing I'm eating when the baby is born

seriously lol. for me it's the vinegar, oil, the seasoning and banana peppers!! 😂
Since it is heated it is perfectly fine. I am pregnant with my 6th and have always eaten lunch meat cold and hot. Never had an issue but doctor will tell you to hear it first.
I know every doctor can be different but my doctor told me I can eat anything I want including cold cuts. Only thing off the list is raw fish and underdone steak. Said steak must be cooked with no red, but gave me the okay to eat anything else I want in moderation

I've been eating sandwiches this whole pregnancy, and I ate them the whole time with my son. My OB just said to use good judgement. Reputable places should be fine, and since Arby's is a hot sandwich that's even better. Basically I only avoid deli meat if it's say, out at a party as it can't stay consistently cold, and when I make my sandwiches at home I pay close attention to dates and when I bought it/opened the package. Enjoy your sandwich mama!
I go there kinda often and get Arby melts. They also have these Ghirardelli Chocolate shakes I'm in love with lol

I've wanted a Turkey sandwhich for 3 months. I may give in on vacation
